Visiting the store
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm. If you'd like time set aside with our team, book a fitting online.
Where are you, and when are you open?
704 Market Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402. Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm; closed Sunday. Call (423) 756-5080 or email info@giorgiomwh.com.
Where do I park?
Plenty of paid street parking around the block and nearby streets. Spending time downtown before or after? There's a large parking garage on Cherry Street.
What should I bring to a fitting?
The shoes you plan to wear, and the date of your event.
Tailoring and fit
Do you do alterations?
Yes. Our in-house tailors and expert clothiers handle alterations in the store, so you leave with a suit fitted to you. Alterations are priced separately from the garment, and we'll alter clothes bought anywhere, not just from us. For pieces bought here, turnaround can be as quick as same day, 1–2 days, or a week or more, depending on the work.
Do your suit pants come hemmed?
No. Pants come unhemmed so we can hem them to your exact length and style, right here in the store.
Can I buy just a jacket or just pants?
We don't sell suit jackets on their own. Vests and pants are available separately in many of our suit colors.
Pricing and packages
What's in the $250 package?
A suit (jacket and pants), a dress shirt, and a tie or bow tie, in store.
Weddings
How do I plan my wedding party with you?
Come in or book a fitting, choose your look with our team, then run your party in SuitMates, our wedding party app. Members can get fitted in the store, or order in the app and have their suit shipped.
Should we use SuitMates or MenSuits.com?
If the groom or organizer is in Chattanooga, the whole party uses SuitMates, including groomsmen who live out of town. If the entire party is out of town, register only on MenSuits.com. Please keep each party in one system so nothing gets missed.
What's the wedding party reward?
When 5 people other than the groom order, the groom picks his reward: his suit free, or $20 off every suit, his included. Our team applies it for your party.
When should my wedding party order?
6 weeks to 3 months before the wedding. That leaves time for fittings and hemming.
Some of my groomsmen live out of town. What do they do?
They join your party in SuitMates, add their sizes and pay in the app, and their suit ships to them. If they can make it to Chattanooga, we're happy to fit them in the store.
Prom
Do you do prom?
Yes. Bring your friends, try everything on and leave ready for the night. Walk-ins welcome.

Can I buy online?
Yes, at MenSuits.com, our online store. Questions about online orders, shipping, exchanges and returns are answered in the MenSuits FAQ.
Caring for your suit
How should I care for my suit?
Our suits are dry clean only. You don't need to clean after every wear; every 6 to 8 wears is a good rule.
Do the sleeve buttons work?
No. Like most ready-to-wear suits, the sleeve buttonholes are stitched closed as a style detail.
Returns
Can I return a suit I bought in the store?
Yes. Suits bought at our store can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as they're unworn, unaltered and in their original condition. Bring the suit and your receipt to 704 Market Street. All accessory sales are final, including ties, bow ties, cufflinks, stud sets, belts and suspenders. For shirts, shoes and other items, ask our team in store.
