Where do you live?
Everyone in the party uses the same SuitMates group. How you get your suit depends on whether you can come to the shop.
Walk in to get sized
Come in any time, Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm. No appointment needed. We record your sizes in SuitMates.

Open your invite
Get SuitMates, then join the party from the link the groom or organizer sent you. You'll see the date and the look.

Get sized, or order in the app
Local? Walk in and we record your sizes. Out of town? Order in SuitMates.

Final fitting and pick-up
When the attire is in, the groom hears from us. Come back to be marked for tailoring and pay in full. Pick-up is often 3–5 days before the wedding.

Can I order on MenSuits.com instead?
Please order in SuitMates. Your party is set up there, and keeping it in one system means nothing gets missed.
When do I pay?
We may ask for a deposit when you're first sized. Full payment is due at the final fitting, before alterations are scheduled.
Are alterations included?
Alterations are priced separately from the suit. Pick-up is often 3–5 days before the wedding, with time for any final adjustments.
