First fitting
Each local member walks in, no appointment, and we record his sizes in SuitMates so we know what to pull. Out-of-town members order in SuitMates, not on MenSuits.com.

Final fitting
When the attire is in the shop, the party comes back to be sized and marked for tailoring. Final payments are due, and we set your pick-up date.

Alterations done and ready, often 3–5 days before the wedding, which still leaves time for any final adjustments.

How does the groom's reward work in the shop?
When 5 people other than the groom order, his suit is free, or every suit is $20 off. Our team applies it for your party.
Should we use SuitMates or MenSuits.com?
If the groom or organizer is in Chattanooga, the whole party uses SuitMates, including groomsmen who live out of town. If the entire party is out of town, register only on MenSuits.com. Please keep each party in one system so nothing gets missed.
Can groomsmen get fitted on their own time?
Yes. Each groomsman can walk in for his fitting whenever it suits him, Monday through Saturday, 11am to 7pm. No appointment needed.
Are alterations included?
Alterations are priced separately from the suit. Our tailors handle hems, sleeves, waist and more, and we'll alter clothes bought anywhere, not just from us. For pieces bought here, turnaround can be as quick as same day, 1–2 days, or a week or more, depending on the work. We schedule around your date and do our best to meet every timeline.
